Managing feelings effectively involves a range of behaviors, and these behaviors can be categorized as positive and supportive or negative and inhibiting. It's important to remember that managing feelings effectively is an ongoing process, and it's normal to experience both positive and negative behaviors at times. If you find it challenging to manage your emotions on your own, seeking professional help can be an important step towards emotional well-being. Feelings" refer to the emotional responses and experiences that individuals have in various situations and interactions. Elaborating on feelings in terms of behaviors, skills, and competencies provides insights into the psychological and social aspects of emotional intelligence and self-awareness:


1.Emotional Awareness:

4.Communication:
