About Dipesh Chandra
Dipesh Chandra is a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of assisting numerous organizations in overcoming their human capital challenges as a dedicated human capital advisor.
With nearly two decades of hands-on experience in HR consulting and business partnering, he has led and delivered complex projects on organization design, capability assessment and development, compensation and benefits, HR analytics and the broader HR landscape. Armed with an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, he gained rich consulting experience while working for renowned multinational firms like Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, and Towers Watson.
He has also led HR teams and delivered significant projects in his HR leadership roles. As the former CHRO at Vishvaraj Group, he designed job levels, set up the performance management system, and streamlined recruitment processes, while at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, he not only handled business HR role and performance management process, but also led significant projects, making impactful contributions to HR analytics, budgeting, and large-scale people impact initiatives.
