This is an intensive workshop. The participants experience every aspect of building competencies in their organizations, understand competency mapping, methodology, profiling, behaviors, dictionary, assessment sets, template sheets, tools, techniques, proficiencies, skill level matrix, job enrichment scooping, apart from experiencing an Assessment/Development Center, profiling reports, writing stories, critical events and potential planning formula. The second part of the workshop helps the participants to establish Competency Based Human Resource Processes in the areas of Resourcing, Training, Performance Management, Career, Potential Planning and Remuneration.
