360˚ Agentic Leadership Feedback
A single number was never enough to describe how a person actually works, and a rating from one supervisor never captured more than a fraction of it. 360˚ Agentic Leadership Feedback gathers judgment from every seat around a person, a manager, a set of peers, direct reports and the person themselves, and measures a set of competencies no widely used instrument yet brings together in one place, judgment over an agent's recommendation, governance literacy, intent specification, risk management and accountability for a decision made in partnership with a system that can act on its own, alongside the competencies that have always mattered, analytical ability, business knowledge, communication, conflict management and change leadership.
Two full instruments sit inside one design. A fifteen competency agentic questionnaire serves an organization already sharing decisions with autonomous systems. A twenty competency generic questionnaire, covering vision setting, delegation, coaching and feedback, serves one that has not yet arrived there. Both carry the same scoring method, the same self and others gap analysis, and a sample report that shows exactly how a profile turns into a development plan.
Ten new competencies address judgment over an agent's recommendation, the division of labor between a person and a system, governance literacy, intent specification, data literacy, risk management, adaptive learning, ethical reasoning, systems thinking and accountability, set beside five competencies that have anchored effective management all along. A fifteen competency agentic questionnaire and a companion twenty competency generic questionnaire share the same five stage scale and the same self and others comparison, so an organization can apply each where it fits and move between them as more of its own work shifts toward agent supported decisions. A scoring method, a self and others gap analysis, a sample report and a coaching inventory carry the instrument from measurement into an actual plan, because a score was never the point. It is a conversation that is made possible!
