An overview of the Culture Architect Certification Workshop The bottom line for leaders is that if they do not become conscious of the cultures in which they are embedded, those cultures will manage them. Cultural understanding is desirable for all of us, but it is essential if leaders are to lead - Edgar Schein According to a Harvard Business School study, culture has a significant impact on an organization’s long-term economic performance. It is imperative for leaders & HR practitioners to nurture those cultural aspects that are necessary to support and eliminate the aspects that distract the organizational competitive advantage. The Culture Architect Certification Workshop is for client organizations, HR teams, OD professionals, communications teams, line managers, change management project professionals, directors and managers who are concerned about, or who have been asked to help in changing their organizational culture or organizational unit, or who would like to obtain mastery of culture dynamics and development methods. To be certified requires that you demonstrate your understanding of and ability to apply the concepts, approaches and tools that you learn in the Workshop at an acceptable standard of performance. In-depth understanding of tools and techniques of ‘envisioning a future culture, developing a culture change and sustainability strategy and plan. This qualifies participants to undertake the role of a Culture Architect & enables them to: - Conduct workshops for organizations on Culture and Change Management. - Examine the current organizational culture using different approaches - Assist an organization to envision a future culture - Achieve executive/ leader understanding of their organizational culture - Run a workshop that explores possibilities to strengthen the organizational culture - Engage leaders and employees in the culture change process - Develop recommendations to strengthen culture alignment to strategy - Develop a culture change, and sustainability strategy and plan.
